Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Simply Delicious Catering (“Simply Delicious”). By using the site or submitting a quote request you agree to them.

Quotes and bookings

A quote request is not a booking. Quotes are custom, based on the details you provide, and are valid for the period stated in the quote. An order is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing. Final pricing may change if order details (date, headcount, menu or delivery location) change. Tax and delivery may be additional.

Delivery

Unless agreed otherwise, the client provides reasonable access to the delivery location and a place to set up food. Delivery windows and any building access requirements will be confirmed with you before the order.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any deposit conditions, are set out in your booking confirmation and take precedence over these general terms.

Website content

Photos, text and logos on this site belong to Simply Delicious Catering or are used with permission. Client brand names and logos are shown to indicate companies we have served and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce site content without permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Delicious Catering is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our liability for any event service is governed by your booking agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
